Hand Forged Metal Wall Art
Wall Sculptures
Christopher Thomson's wall sculptures transform steel into dimensional works of art that bring movement, texture, and personality to interior and exterior spaces. Hand forged in Northern New Mexico using recycled steel, these metal wall sculptures explore form, color, and pattern through a variety of distinct collections and styles.

Christopher Thomson's Windings wall sculptures combine approximately 60 feet of century-old wrought iron telegraph wire from the Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe Railway with two hand-forged "S" scrolls. Each scroll is crafted from round stock and flattened, creating a meditative design suitable for indoor or outdoor display.
These sculptures can be arranged in various patterns on your wall. They can be connected using hand-forged hooks available in 2β, 3.5β, or 5β heights, allowing for the creation of larger wall installations.
The telegraph wire features an authentic weathered patina, adding a unique historical touch. Due to the hand-forging process, slight variations in dimensions may occur, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind.
Each piece measures 17βw x 17βh.
