Return and Refund Policy

At Christopher Thomson Ironworks, customer satisfaction is a priority. While returns are rare, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet expectations. If you need to return a purchase, please contact us with your reason for the return before proceeding.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure it is repackaged in its original packaging to protect it during shipment. A receipt or proof of purchase must be included in the return package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee. The time it takes to receive your refund depends on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will arrange for UPS pickup at no cost to you. If the return is for other reasons, we can still arrange UPS pickup, but the shipping cost and 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
