Return and Refund Policy

At Christopher Thomson Ironworks, customer satisfaction is a priority. While returns are rare, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet expectations. If you need to return a purchase, please contact us with your reason for the return before proceeding.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Smaller items should be repackaged in their original packaging. For pieces shipped by fine art delivery, we will walk you through preparing the item for pickup. A receipt or proof of purchase must be included in the return package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, we will issue your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee. Your card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will arrange pickup at no cost to you. For all other returns, we arrange pickup and deduct the actual shipping cost and the 20% restocking fee from your refund. Smaller items ship back by UPS. Large or heavy pieces that shipped by fine art delivery or freight are picked up by a freight carrier. For these, we will send you the freight quote for your approval before scheduling pickup, and you can then decide whether to proceed with the return.
